Workopolis posted this video on how to diversify the workplace, and how in this day and age companies and organizations need to have a wide range of people, experiences, languages to compete in the global market.  Hamlin Grange from Diversipro.com addresses that companies need to make the effort to find people from different backgrounds and that managers should be held accountable in creating a culturally competant work environment.
